Walk for a Bloke

Saturday 21 March | 7am to 1pm

More than a walk, it's a 25km movement bringing men together to have real conversations and raise awareness on male mental health. Because no one should do life alone.


Register today and walk the city loop, starting and ending at the Waterfront.


Bring your mates and have that important conversation, and if you feel like you can hang at Fiddlers' Green afterwards.


Spoke to a Bloke is dedicated to supporting men’s mental well-being by building community, connection, and resilience. Walk for a Bloke exists to change how we talk about - and show up for - men’s mental health.

Accessibility:

Walk for a Bloke will start and end at the Waterfront near Peninsula Lawns. The surrounding area is connected by wide concrete pathways.

  •  Accessible parking is available for this event. Click here for more info.
  • Getting around is easy via wide pathways, lift access and ramps where necessary. Click here for a Map of the precinct.
  • Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities are located in the new Amenities Block in the parklands.
  • A water wheelchair is available for free use, simply ask the lifeguards on duty.
  • Mobi-Mat available for water access.
