Walk for a Bloke
Saturday 21 March | 7am to 1pm

More than a walk, it's a 25km movement bringing men together to have real conversations and raise awareness on male mental health. Because no one should do life alone.
Register today and walk the city loop, starting and ending at the Waterfront.
Bring your mates and have that important conversation, and if you feel like you can hang at Fiddlers' Green afterwards.
Spoke to a Bloke is dedicated to supporting men’s mental well-being by building community, connection, and resilience. Walk for a Bloke exists to change how we talk about - and show up for - men’s mental health.
