Cold plunges - Waterfront Reset

Start your week sharper!


Waterfront Reset is a structured outdoor recovery session hosted by Darwin Chill Recovery. Each 60-minute session includes guided mobility, breathwork and rotational cold plunges in a supportive community environment.

Designed to reduce stress, improve resilience and prepare you for the week ahead.


Each Session Includes:

  • Guided Acupressure & Percussion
  • Guided Mobility
  • Structured Breathwork
  • Rotational Cold Immersion


Towels and Warm Tea provided. Bring swimmers or something comfortable to plunge in.


Spots are limited to 25 people per session.

PARKING: on-street parking FREE all weekend at the Waterfront


Accessibility:

The events will be held on Peninsula Lawns. The surrounding area is connected by wide concrete pathways.

  • Getting around is easy via wide pathways, lift access and ramps where necessary. Click here for a Map of the precinct.
  • Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities are located in the new Amenities Block in the parklands.
  • A water wheelchair is available for free use, simply ask the lifeguards on duty.
  • Mobi-Mat available for water access.
