Darwin Waterfront Corporation invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit tenders for the provision of facilities management services across the Darwin Waterfront Precinct and Stokes Hill Wharf.

 

Tender opportunities are available for the following service packages:


  • Cleaning, Pest Control and Waste
  • Landscaping and Irrigation;
  • Wave Lagoon;
  • Marine Infrastructure;
  • Recreation Lagoon Pumps;
  • Stokes Hill Wharf Site & Food Court Management;
  • Built Assets and Technical Services.

 

Tenderers may submit an offer for one or more individual packages, and may also submit combination offers in accordance with the Request for Tender (RFT) documentation.

 

Site inspections

Please refer to the Site Inspection Schedule included in the tender packages for booking links. Further inspection opportunities will be available on request.

 

Tender closing date

Tenders must be lodged by 5.00 pm ACST, Monday 16 November 2026. Late tenders may not be accepted.

 

Enquiries and lodgement

All tender enquiries must be submitted by email to tenders.dwc@nt.gov.au.

 

Tender responses must also be lodged electronically by email to tenders.dwc@nt.gov.au. No other method of lodgement will be accepted.
