Top End Gran Fondo

Sunday 21 July | from 6:30am

Get ready for an epic cycling experience, for the first time on closed roads!

Secure your spot today and register for the Top End Gran Fondo on Sunday 21 July starting from 6:30am.

Choose the event ride that suits your abilities or challenge yourself with a longer ride on a closed course.

  • 5km Cycle Zone - Family Ride (closed course)

  • 15km AANT Top End Short Fondo (closed course) - from the Darwin Waterfront to the Charles Darwin National Park and back.

  • 41km Darwin Family Law Top End Half Fondo - one full lap of the new Fondo course. Closed to cars and completely traffic-free, challenge yourself to finish the 41km ride, or challenge your friends to see who can finish fastest.

  • 82km Inpex Top End Fondo - two loops of the course including through the Charles Darwin National Park. This is a great option for those who participated in the half Fondo last year and want to push themselves to ride that bit further, or for the regular Tonne rider, a great chance to see how you stack up against your previous times.

  • 122km Sunbuild Top End Gran Fondo - three loops of the course including through the Charles Darwin National Park. This year’s 122km route is a great challenge for those that participated in the Top End Tonne (100km) in 2023 and can be a personal challenge to complete the distance, or for those returning, an opportunity to improve on your time.

Don't miss out – get cycling and be part of this amazing event!

Head to the Precinct Tavern on Saturday 20 for Sign on day and stay after the race on Sunday 21, there will be music, a buffet style breakfast on the grass, family friendly activities and a short awards ceremony and speeches.
