Hands on People brings a magical evening under the stars at Movie Night at the Waterfront! Bring your friends, family, and loved ones to enjoy a classic film in a picturesque setting by the water. Suitable for the audience with accessible needs.
Admission: Free
Movie Screening: Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs
Age Group: Suitable for all age groups.
What to Bring: Blankets, lawn chairs, or picnic rugs. Feel free to come early to secure a good spot and enjoy the beautiful sunset.
Accessibility:
This event will be held in the parklands on the lawns with access over grassed areas. The surrounding area is connected by wide concrete pathways.

- Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities are located in the new Amenities Block in the parklands.

The Darwin Waterfront is closing out another fantastic year in true Territory style with our annual New Year’s Eve concert and spectacular fireworks display to welcome 2026. New Year's Eve at Darwin Waterfront is a free event, and no ticket is required. LINE-UP: Australian alternative rock legends, Eskimo Joe Papa and the Bears S hake It Off Show Sabrina Live, "not for real, but pretty close" DJ JLC Picnics are welcome. This year's event is alcohol & smoke free.
