Territory Day 2026

Book a table at your favourite restaurant, or lay out a picnic in the parkland, to relax the Territory way as fireworks light up the sky.

Personal fireworks are not allowed at the Darwin Waterfront.

The events will be held on Peninsula Lawns. The surrounding area is connected by wide concrete pathways.

• Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities are located in the new Amenities Block in the parklands.
• A water wheelchair is available for free use, simply ask the lifeguards on duty.
