The Darwin Waterfront Precinct is a place to unwind, have fun and enjoy your surroundings.

For the safety and health of all visitors the Darwin Waterfront Corporation asks that all signs and lifeguard instructions be observed.

Lifeguards are on duty between 9am – 6pm, seven days a week.

The entire Precinct is an alcohol free zone with the exception of the licensed premises. Management reserves the right to check eskies and bags.

The Precinct is under constant video surveillance.

Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated and Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove patrons from the Precinct.

Management accepts no responsibility for any theft or damage to personal property.

No BBQs.

No camping.

No glass.

No litter.

No pets in the water or on Stokes Hill Wharf. Pets must be on a leash at all times in other areas of the Precinct.

No skateboards.

Shared pathways. Bike riders give way to pedestrians and walk your bike when pathway busy.

Conditions of entry to the Wave Lagoon

Hours of operation – daily, 10am – 6pm. Unauthorised entry to the Wave Lagoon outside of these hours is an offence and the Trespass Act applies.

Stokes Hill Wharf

Although open to the public, the Wharf remains a working wharf for smaller marine industry users and cruising yachts, harbour tours & cruises depart daily.
